Section 13
Determination of rents and charges
(1) The Board shall fix passenger fares and passenger charges, freight charges and delay charges.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the board shall classify the goods for that purpose in determining the conditions for which the late fee will be levied.
(3) The details of fares and charges to be determined in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be mentioned in the fares and charges (tariff) book.
(4) According to sub-section (1), the basis for determining rent and charges shall be as prescribed.
